I don't have any experience with rpgmaker XP, but i can offer some advice:

Learn about game design in general. There are a lot of books on the subject and there is bound to be a multitude of youtube videos on the subject. There is also bound to be a ton of articles scattered around the internet on the subject.

You're going to have better luck learning how to make a game then adapting it for WG than specifically looking for resources on how to make a good WG game.

Once you learn that sort of stuff, then you can just learn RPG maker's systems rather than learning how to make a game along with the systems. You could also consider looking for rpgmaker XP tutorials specifically. I'm absolutely sure that they exist.

If I understood you right and this is something you didn't already come across, I'm using  roBurky's Physique Range Decreaser/Increaser.
It essentially does what you want - increasing all sliders values and not only butt/hips ones.

Maybe I'm just stupid, but that doesn't seem to do what I was talking about. It seems to just increase the range for the Fit/Fat sliders. I was referring to the adjustments you can make to different body parts. Like that one for the facial features or whatever it was. I remember the creator of that mod, EVOL_EVOLVED, said he was going to make one for the body but he just sorta dropped off the face of the earth as far as I can tell. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

I'm with you, i want that feature so bad...

I've been searching for forever for a mod or a way to edit files to extend the range for body parts on Sims. I know there are mods for the hips, butt, etc., but that's all I could find. Changing the maximum range for the arms, legs, what have you, is something I have been looking for. If anybody knows of any mods that I just can't find or a way to change the values in files or whatever, that'd be really great. Thanks in advance.

Oh, wow. That's one i have not seen. I'll have to give it a try. thanks for bringing it up

It would be cool. I've thought about it before and figured it would be difficult to implement and would require a bunch of content to be made if it's going to be anything more than a superficial "proxy is wearing a green dress" system.

Is there something like an character editor?, cause the one who is available with dev mode is a little hard for me to understand without spending much time, wanted to customize my start proxy but couldnīt figure out how to edit the proxy effectively cause all i see is program code when i click on edit character and no easy to use things like cup size, belly size and so on

Honestly the best way to learn is to just poke around in dev mode and see what happens. I do have a few tips though. Once you're viewing a character's dna you can click on a gene and press the "RNA Gene" button. Most of the things on the next page that pops up you can ignore. The only thing that will matter usually is the "value" field at the top right. For a lot of stat changes you will have to advance the game an hour to see the changes.

Also something important to note is that a lot of stats are dependent on other stats. For example: you can't just change abdomen.fat to another value. When you shift the hour it will go back to it's previous value because abdomen.fat is determined by another stat. Specifically abdomen.fat is set by doing some math to generic.fat, and fat.belly. To change the abdomen.fat, you'll have to change fat.belly, because that stat determine how much fat should go to the abdomen. Play around a bit! That's the best way to learn.

I think this is what you're looking for. no idea if it still works and what it's compatibility is like though. it is nearly two years old

Proxy gen is still compatible with everything but doesn't get what the op is after.
