I've been toying arround with different paths and options, and I think I found some sequence issues.

Spoiler for Hidden:
- The option to reason with the Glowing Beast was locked out of the game, as you need to get both the steel capsule and the electronic torch before the encounter, which is no longer possible now that you can't get the torch with less tickets.
- Likewise, the event with the metal centipede will always end on you killing it, as now you always get the war hammer along the torch that you need to enter the room, therefore the events in which it kills you or you bounce it off with your bone armor were locked out of the game.
- If you trade your tickets for the War Hammer before you get yourself banned from the table, the table disappears and you get locked out of the event that triggers with the rax gun.
- And, this is mostly nitpicking but, now following the "correct" sequence of events creates some sequence breaking. You need to get the garnet to have access to Lyra's room, and for that you need the metal egg and the torch. The only way to get both would be to get the torch first, as you can't beat the glowing beast if you get the egg first. When you go down before getting the garnet you'll end up having the food pills before you meet Lyra, and she will eat both the meat and the pills together, breaking your conversation with Saida (maybe the problem with the rope has something to do with this?). Also, funny detail, following this path you can now meet and recruit rax before you read his diary, which ends up in a funny situation in which you state that you may encounter him in the future while holding him in your bag.

You get the torch when you buy the hammer.

Thank you for all the input, guys!  Seriously, that's not me being snarky.  I rely on others to point out my messes so i can fix them properly.

I'm looking into all the coding now.  Hoping to get everything sorted out by the end of the night.  I will post again when it's all fixed, along with the codes to just straight up trigger the endings if you're sick of playing through it for the hundredth time.
If you're stuck in any of my games, please look at the topic regarding them first- odds are, someone else has had the same problem as you.

Alright, things in order:

-Coin is back in fancy corridor.  I didn't realize that I had made that option impossible, so now all coins that you need in the game can be found on the first floor, as long as you get the pink mushroom wine rather than trade in the pin.  I'm half tempted to just take the pin/creditor trade out, but i'd like to leave SOME level of mystery in the game :P

-Lyra scripting is fixed- I just did a successful runthrough from start to finish with no issues.

-Shortcut to endings is in.
Spoiler for Hidden:
at the password screen in the Dampened passage, activate the screen, and then type "badend", "goodend", or "secretend" (without the quotes) to see the endings.  I'd prefer if people didn't just skip right to the end, but I can't control that and honestly I am so sorry that the game is this busted that i can't help but think some people may just want to see the endings, so there you go.

updated game is live now.

But if there's no pin trade then how can we get more money after sacrificing the elf? D:

A fair point.  I might make it so the snack shack is locked until you get the warhammer.  that way, people can't lock themselves out of it by buying the steak.  Technically, if you get the warhammer, you can beat the game:
Spoiler for Hidden:
smash the odd statue for the password, get the apple dress, sneak past beast, go to portal, get ending
But it's obvious that people are getting stuck by buying the steak and then getting locked out of the second floor.

Wow, I really didn't future proof this game when I started writing it.  Oops.

When I enter Lyra's room nothing seems to happen, she's not there and the room has no description

That's odd.  Nobody else is having that problem.  Try reloading your last save.

I can also vouch for the bug.

Well, unsurprisingly, i broke something else.  I'll work on it tomorrow.  I'm exhausted.  Sorry, everyone.  YET AGAIN- please refer to my previous post if you want to skip through to the secret ending.  I'm half-tempted to delete this entire fucking thread because this game is broke beyond belief.  Hopefully tomorrow when I'm less miserable, I'll be less reactionary.  Sorry again.

Well, after spending most of today bashing my head against this stupid game and feeling miserable, I found out that I literally clicked a checkbox that made Lyra a "Background item" instead of a "Visible Item", so. y'know, that's on me.  I feel very dumb.  Sorry that I broke the game for the hundredth time.  Posting an updated file now.

I'm trying to figure out how to get to Lyra's room. This is what I've done so far:

Spoiler for Hidden:

Went bone armor route, got egg and incubated it.
Have garnet, have amulet, have food pills.
Got the sword and then subsequently dropped it and couldn't pick it up. =.= It doesn't sound like it's needed anyway.
I'm guessing it's the only direction that you can't go on the first floor in the password room, but I can't figure out how to get in.

Wondering if blowing up the casino, smashing the statue, or incubating the egg were wrong choices at some point.

Destroying the statue prevents you from getting in
